We are looking for motivated and eager-to-work people who want to join our Customer Care team for the English

**Description**
Daily duties of the team:
- Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.- Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.- Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.- Support the team in other markets as needed.- Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).- Support at customer events in the market.- Support in market development and system adaptation.**What are we looking for?**
- Native or bilingual in Spanish and English- Proactive and positive attitude- Service oriented- You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus.- You are passionate about customer care**Useful**:
- Knowledge of other additional languages: Portuguese, Italian, French...- A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas.- You like to work in a team. If anything is characteristic of the Customer Care team, it is how much they help each other.- You are curious and eager to find out what the problem is and look for solutions.- You are eager to train in a sector that is constantly growing.**What do we offer?**
