Tasks

Your role as a Customer Care Consultant involves:

  • Supporting customers by handling inbound requests and documenting case details
  • Assisting users with pre-sales, inquiries, and technical issues via various channels
  • Offering product information to customers, addressing subscription, payment, and technical needs
  • Adapting the brand's tone for interactions across different channels
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly and timely responses
Requirements

Key skills, qualifications, and interests:

  • Native Dutch (or Flemish) & fluent in English
  • Committed, dedicated, and a team player
  • Strong listener and service-oriented with conflict resolution abilities
  • Effective communicator with no prior experience required

  • Working hours: 39h/week, Mon-Fri 09:00 - 20:00; Sat 09:00 - 18:00
  • Potential monthly bonus of up to 250€
  • Initial training period of 2 - 4 weeks with a buddy system
