About the role

What you need to know:
The A&H Partnerships Manager - Spain, reporting to the Head of A&H, Iberia will shape, drive and execute critical Partnerships growth plans in Spain and promote our value proposition across different industries and clients

Job Responsibilities

Drive Partnership Strategies and Execution.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire partners through disciplined consultative sales process
- Manage end-to-end execution of deliverables and achievement of milestones
- Formally target and prioritize prospective partners in Spain in different segments such as Financial & Insurance services, Credit & Loyalty cards, Utilities, Telcos, Retailers and marketplace platforms, gig economy operators.
- Direct internal and external resources to design and prototype customer solutions and products
- Develop potential product pipeline and customer segmentation on each customer’s database
- Position our Digital & Direct Marketing capabilities as a market differentiator
- Drive, maintain and track a rich pipeline, continuously improving specific pipeline KPIs.
- Build template approaches, aggressively drive POC/Testing, and build a framework for development and sharing of Best Practice.
- Lead contract negotiation efforts with partners and internally with Legal & Compliance
- Work with Marketing team to develop various sales collateral to support business development
- Ensure all partnership initiatives are compliant with local regulations and aligned with A&H strategic objectives and global principles for risk appetite.
- Be focused on the planning, execution, and achievement of the business targets.

Work with multiple stakeholders to plan and execute business
- Establish and leverage strong relationships with Clients, Brokers, and Partners
- Able to internally engage with Regional & Global Leadership.
- Integrator: Collaborate with multiple technical, functional, distribution and client/broker management resources, local, regional and global, across the wider business.
- Build and maintain appropriate, strong, and effective business relationships with key external stakeholders.
- Drive a culture that promotes collaboration, diversity, and inclusion

What we’re looking for:
Technical Skills and Experience
- Strong and relevant experience of partnership leadership, in primarily (but not exclusively) A&H. Experience should cover multiple partnership types, including non-traditional, digital partnerships.
- Strong execution and results orientation. Continuously seeking knowledge about what products, segments and partners drive growth and maximize financial performance
- Distribution successful track record. Demonstrable knowledge of different distribution channels, including Digital, Direct Marketing, Bancassurance and Broker Distribution.
- Digital savvy and demonstrable understanding of digital ecosystems in the context of insurance opportunities.
- Top-to-bottom-line mindset and experience in approaching partnerships.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrated success in using research, analytics and testing methodologies to make product decisions.
- Significant Iberia-specific, multi-country track record.

Leadership and Communication Skills
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese would be a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of influencing and building consensus at all levels of the organization. Ability to work across interdisciplinary teams that are geographically dispersed and cultivating a network of productive relationships in an international matrix environment.
- Ability to both think and inspire at strategy level, but also drive tactics and execution.
- Growth mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
