Desde Actions, empresa de marketing, estamos buscando cubrir el puesto de "Administrative Assistant"
1\. Descripción del puesto
**Funciones principales**:
- Recepción, registro y seguimiento de incidencias a través de la aplicación de tickets.
- Comunicación efectiva con clientes y empresas de mensajería.
- Resolución ágil de problemas logísticos y mejora continua de procesos.
- Elaboración de informes de incidencias y KPIs logísticos.
- Tipo de jornada: jornada completa. Lunes a viernes 9:30 a 14:00 y de 15:00 a 18:30 todo el año.
- Contratación: Temporal de 6 meses a un año. (Posibilidad de continuidad)
- Incorporación: Inmediata
- Número de vacantes: 1
- Modalidad: hibrido en función de las necesidades de la empresa. (Formación Presencial).

2\. Requisitos mínimos
- Experiência previa en gestión de incidencias o atención al cliente.
- Ofimática
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Capacidad para priorizar tareas y trabajar bajo presión.
- Valorable ingles alto
3. Requisitos valorables
- Formación en logística y/o transporte
- Experiência con plataformas de mensajería y envío (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
- Capacidad de análisis y manejo de datos en Excel o herramientas similares.
