**What do we want to achieve together?**

Responsibilities:_**

Manage financing and payment operations for Spanish customers:

- Handle banking and payment tasks allowing customers to successfully use our product (financings received in due time, management of payment flows, support of Customer Success Managers regarding payment and financial requests of customers ) having as 1st priority customer satisfaction
- Manage ad-hoc yet recurring banking and financial operations (payment of monthly interests, etc.)
- Be the main point of contact with our financial partners (bank partner, Swan, Yapily )

Continuously improve Financing and Payment operations to maximize customer satisfaction and Ops scalability:

- Continuously challenge and improve payment customer journey (e.g.: the creation of the Infinit bank account, improving of payment and other banking features )
- Help develop strong Ops automations via no-code tools (Make, Airtable, Intercom,..)
- Run ad-hoc research/benchmark on new product developments and new partnerships (Product Discovery)

Build and update analytical and controlling dashboards to report main KPIs to the Management team (knowledge of SQL is a plus)

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**:

- You have a Master's degree in Finance or Business (_from an engineering school, business school or equivalent)_
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in a Fintech environment (payments, credit, )
- You want to join a dynamic environment where your job will have an impact on a daily basis, within a fast-growing start-up that will enable you to progress
- You are problem-solver, autonomous, result-driven and rigorous
- You are humble
- You are fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience with SQL, Airtable, Make (or similar), Notion, Excel is a plus - ability to learn is required
