Hudl's Revenue Enablement team is responsible for change management, communication and training for the Global Sales and Support teams. We're looking for a Revenue Enablement Trainer with experience in training global Sales teams on sales skills. You will be responsible for all skills based and product training for the Global Sales team. Your work will span borders, providing the unique opportunity to impact Hudlies around the globe.
We are looking for someone to join our team in Barcelona, Spain, The Netherlands, Omaha, NE, Boston, MA or where our HQ is located in Lincoln, NE.

**You will**:
- **Strategize**. You will create training strategies, identify learning opportunities and work with internal and external stakeholders to bring these into practice
- **Facilitate**. You will facilitate a wide variation of training sessions for the global Sales team.
- **Create and maintain. **Training, making use of instructional design and adult learning practices, and you ensure all content stays up to date.
- **Be responsible. **For getting high quality, impact and measurable outcomes of training.
- **Be professional. **You will be working with many different stakeholders that all need a different and professional approach.
- **Be challenged.** We're a high-growth company with no shortage of problems to solve and skills-related challenges to tackle.
