El trabajo de **Front Office Night Manager **se ejecuta satisfactoriamente cuando:

- La seguridad y la comodidad de los huéspedes está garantizada.
- El cierre del día se realiza correctamente.

- Se siguen las políticas y procedimientos establecidos por el departamento de Finanzas
- Se sigue la política de ahorro de energía y materiales y se reciclan los residuos generados
- Mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros de su propio equipo y de otros departamentos sobre asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo al funcionamiento del hotel y al bienestar de los huéspedes.

Las responsabilidades habituales del puesto incluyen: realizar el check in y check out los huéspedes, garantizando su satisfacción y cumplir las políticas, procedimientos y normas del departamento. Controlar el inventario de habitaciones, bloqueo de grupos, y la venta de productos. Gestionar las quejas de los clientes que se produzcan durante la noche para garantizar su satisfacción y la documentación adecuada. Recibir a los huéspedes VIP a su llegada y acompañarlos a su habitación. Realizar rondas por el hotel para asegurar la limpieza y buen estado de las instalaciones y tomar medidas correctivas si fuese necesario. Estar al tanto de todos los procedimientos de emergencia, las promociones del hotel, el conocimiento de los productos, las llegadas de VIPs, los próximos eventos, e informar al equipo de noche. Informar de todas las quejas de los huéspedes, de los incidentes relevantes y de los asuntos que necesiten un seguimiento al día siguiente, para garantizar la coherencia y la satisfacción de los huéspedes.

**What we are looking for**:
The job of** Front Office Night Manager **is successfully executed when:

- Revenues, Expenses and Profit are closely monitored.
- Security and comfort of guests is always ensured.
- Day end closing is done properly.
- Financial Policies and Procedures are supported and followed.
- Ensures that energy and material saving policy is followed and waste generated is recycled.
- Maintains good communication with all colleagues in own team and other departments on matters that may affect in any way the operation of the hotel and the well-being of guests.

Usual job responsibilities include: checking in, checking out and providing guest assistance whilst ensuring compliance with all front office policies, procedures, standards and satisfaction of guests’ needs. Control room inventory, group blocking, packages, up selling, handle all customers’ complaints occurring during the night to ensure their satisfaction and proper documentation. Greet VIP guests upon their arrival. Patrol the hotel to ensure that the hotel is clean, tidy, safe and that all is in proper order taking corrective actions if necessary. Keep abreast of all emergency procedures, hotel promotions, product knowledge, VIP arrivals, upcoming events, and brief team accordingly so that all Front Office team members could answer guest requests and questions. Report all guest complaints, relevant incidents and matters that need follow up the next day, to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction

**Requisitos**:
La persona que buscamos debe tener las siguientes cualidades:

- Mentalidad abierta, estudios relacionados con la posición y ciudadanía europea.

- Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus.
- Conocimientos y experiência en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo.
