Here at Socialpoint, we are delighted to be looking for an Operations Manager to join our team.

**Your quest / mission will involve**:

- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
- Provide support in maintaining positive relationships with partners, vendors etc.
- Ensure operations are carried on in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Streamline processes and initiate best practices.
- Coordinate with different teams to foster the exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.

**Your skills build & XP / To join our Guild you'll need**:

- A high level of English, both written and spoken (English is our official language)
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Knowledge in budgeting and forecasting.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
- Being passionate about gaming
