Nuestro portafolio incluye emocionantes cursos virtuales introductorios en Minecraft, Scratch, Python, C# y Unity, diseñados para adaptarse a las edades y níveles de conocimiento de nuestros estudiantes.

En esta etapa emocionante de crecimiento, estamos en busca de un nuevo miembro apasionado para unirse a nuestro equipo como Customer Support & Operations.

Responsabilidades clave:

- Serás el enlace principal entre nuestros valiosos clientes y Coding Giants, respondiendo a sus consultas y necesidades a través de canales como WhatsApp, correo electrónico, redes sociales y llamadas entrantes.
- Coordinar la programación de clases y asegurarte de que cada estudiante tenga una experiência educativa excepcional.
- Gestión de continuidades.
- Colaborar estrechamente con diferentes departamentos internos, desde ventas hasta el equipo docente, para idear y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento y retención de clientes.
- Brindar soporte integral durante las clases virtuales, incluyendo los fines de semana de manera rotativa para asegurar una experiência fluida.

¿Quién eres tú?
- Tienes experiência probada en atención al cliente o soporte al cliente, demostrando habilidades excepcionales en la gestión de relaciones.
- Te sientes como pez en el agua en un entorno de startup, donde la agilidad y la adaptabilidad son clave.
- Tu mentalidad resolutiva te lleva a encontrar soluciones incluso en los desafíos más complejos.
- Posees habilidades comunicativas sólidas en inglés, alcanzando al menos un nível B2.
- Valoramos la experiência previa en el uso de herramientas como Trello, Respond, Thulium y CRMs, demostrando tu capacidad para navegar en entornos tecnológicos.
