Actualmente estamos buscando **Product Operations Intern** con un fuerte deseo de aprender y crecer profesionalmente en el campo del talento digital y la transformación empresarial, trabajando con clientes como **Banc Sabadell, Duracell, Wallapop, Tech BCN, Wayra**, entre otros

**Las principales responsabilidades de este puesto son**:

- Crear y publicar anuncios de trabajo en diversas plataformas, incluidos tablones de anuncios, ATS y canales de medios.
- Gestionar procesos operativos para garantizar que el producto se ejecute de manera eficiente y efectiva.
- Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos operativos y proponer soluciones para optimizar la eficiencia y calidad del trabajo.
- Recopilar y analizar datos relevantes para evaluar el rendimiento del producto y los procesos operativos mediante herramientas de análisis y generación de informes.
- Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración entre el departamento de reclutamiento y el departamento de negocios.
- Tareas administrativas: ayudar con deberes administrativos: apoyo al equipo senior.
- Herramientas de Excel e informes: utilizar Microsoft Excel u otras herramientas de informes para analizar datos, crear informes personalizados y visualizar métricas y tendencias de reclutamiento.

**Lo que necesitamos**:

- Estás graduándote en MKT, ADE o similares y buscas experiência para crecer en RRHH / Digital / Consultoría.
- Puedes realizar un convenio con tu universidad de 6 meses.

- Hablas español e inglés (el catalán es una ventaja).
