Customer Operations Gelateria

CONTEXTO Y PRINCIPAL OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Buscamos a un nuevo miembro de equipo para el negocio de Helados en el canal fuera del hogar. Esta persona jugará un papel clave en la ejecución del plan estratégico de la división de Heladerías para dos conceptos retail en pleno proceso de implantación a nível nacional. Reportando al Operations Manager nacional, será responsable de la ejecución correcta del concepto en los puntos de venta.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Visión operativa de lo que pasa en los puntos de venta para las zonas asignadas. Brazo derecho del Operations Manager en los puntos de venta.
- Principal interlocutor con los operadores. Gestión de conflictos, intermediación, resolución de incidencias e implantación de los estándares de la marca.
- Planes de negocio. Elaboración y seguimiento de las cuentas de explotación (PL) por punto de venta. Elaboración de planes de acción para optimizarlas.
- Modelo. Trabajando de la mano con Ventas y Trade Marketing, asegurar la ejecución correcta del modelo en base a los estándares operacionales y de imagen definidos por la marca.
- Nuevas aperturas. Validar y velar por implantaciones perfectas: participación en proceso de diseño y de implementación con Trade Marketing, Ventas y el despacho de arquitectura.
- Plan de Formación y visitas. Realizar formaciones, visitas de seguimiento y auditorias en todos los puntos de venta asignados, identificando puntos de mejora y palancas para incentivar la venta con el operador y el equipo central.
- Innovación. Participación en el desarrollo y la integración de oferta nueva (viabilidad, operativa, coordinación test-pilotos, análisis resultados etc).
- Operaciones. Detectar ineficiencias y proponer soluciones para optimizar procesos.
- Brand Equity. Velar por la consecución de los objetivos de la marca y por la excelencia en la experiência del consumidor.

REQUISITOS CLAVE

Experiência
- Experiência mínima de 3 años abriendo y/o gestionando puntos de venta en sector retail como Área Manager o Store Manager en tareas similares.
- Experiência coordinando equipos distintos para conseguir un objetivo común.
- Valorable experiência en foodservice y/o franquicias.

Habilidades
- Capacidad analítica, comercial y de negociación
- Proactivo, autoconfianza, con capacidad para influir.
- Trabajo a base de metas, construir buenas relaciones interpersonales, capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
- Viajes: > 50%. Carne de conducir.

Conocimientos
- Estudios universitarios y dominio inglés.
- Conocimientos de ofimática.
