**Job Title**: Senior Partnerships Manager - Golf Venue Acquisition
**Location**: Málaga, Spain (Andalucía)
**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday (Full-time, based in Málaga City Centre Office)
**Salary**: €50,000 basic per annum + bonus/commissions based on performance.

**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Golf Tech Acquisition
- Approach golf clubs across Europe to implement our full tech system in exchange for media rights and tee-time access.
- Present compelling proposals that highlight the value of our golf tech solutions.
- Corporate Golf Events
- Secure agreements for hosting corporate golf days, ensuring win-win outcomes for all parties involved.
- Advertising Partnerships
- Collaborate with golf venues globally to secure advertising placements on our UK-based in-club advertising screens.
- Develop and pitch tailored advertising packages to enhance the visibility of golf resorts and venues within the UK market.
- End-to-End Sales and Partnership Management
- Manage the full sales process: initial contact, pitching, negotiation, contract finalisation, and relationship management.
- Create and execute strategies for building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Global Expansion
- Identify and develop opportunities to expand our portfolio of partner venues in the UK, Europe, and globally.
- Ensure partnerships align with the company’s growth objectives and deliver long-term value.Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
- Proven track record of securing and managing multi-year B2B deals, ideally within sports, events, or hospitality sectors.
- Skills:
- Exceptional negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels, including club managers and resort directors.
- Proficient in using Zoom and other digital tools for remote pitching and client meetings.
**Attributes**:
- Commercially driven, results-oriented, and proactive.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
- A passion for sales and partnership development; a basic understanding of golf is beneficial but not essential.
- Language:
- Fluent in English (required). Proficiency in additional European languages (Spanish, French, German) is advantageous.
