**CONTRACT**: 6 months, with the possibility to be prolonged

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?**

This role is part of the Procurement department and will have to support the Iberia team with all their deliverables.

The role is responsible for.

**What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?**

Support the procurement team to provide strategic solutions and added value to the company.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Suppliers and info research/prospection
- Communications and help to stakeholders, vendors, etc
- Data gathering
- Decks and reports management
- Supporting: Sourcing process, Vendors relationship, Contract procedure
- Meetings organization,
- Procurement governance: preparation of gates
- Savings tracking
- Monitoring procurement policy compliance
- Coupa usage

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have a proactive attitude? Are you willing to constantly develop and support the team in the daily activities?
- Do you have an analytical thinking and a strong knowledge of Excel?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Commerce or similar.
- Master’s Degree in Procurement or similar desirable.
- One year of experience in a similar position.
- Proactive, organized, oriented to stakeholder
- Good skills to influence and communicate
- Analytical thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken).
- Advanced knowledge of Spanish (written and spoken).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office pack
- especially Excel and Power Point.
- Knowledge of Power BI would be an advantage.
