Desde ManpowerGroup España buscamos un PROCUREMENT ESG EXPERT (H/M/X) para una multinacional líder en el sector de Parques de Ocio, en Madrid.

**FUNCIONES**:

- Apoyar en la identificación y desarrollo de métricas críticas de ESG y procurement que se monitorearán, y establecer proactivamente relaciones con los principales socios comerciales internos.
- Analizar, identificar e implementar iniciativas de sostenibilidad para integrar en los procesos actuales de cadena de suministro alineados con la estrategia de procurement.
- Liderar la estrategia de reducción de emisiones relacionada con procurement.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de HSE para crear sinergias con procurement para lograr los objetivos de la empresa, y asegurar que la estrategia de ESG esté alineada con procurement.
- Crear comunicaciones críticas y representaciones de datos (visualización de datos, paneles de control, etc.) para los principales socios internos y externos.
- Desarrollar, implementar y mantener medidas para mejorar el proceso de recopilación de informes e información.
- Definición de KPI para medir los objetivos de sostenibilidad del grupo y monitorear el desempeño.
- Gestión, Prevención y Optimización de la cadena de suministro y riesgos relativos a proveedores.

**REQUISITOS FUNDAMENTALES**:

- Titulación Universitaria de Grado o Licenciatura (Ciencias Medioambientales, ADE, Economía, o similares).
- 4 años de experiência profesional en un role similar (ESG y Cadena de suministro).
- Nível avanzado de Excel, Power Point, Power BI.
- Alto Nível de Inglés.
