**FUNCTIONS**: Nuestro cliente es una start up tecnológica en plena expansión y crecimiento. Actualmente está buscando en Madrid un Partner Channel Manager que reportará directamente al Director Comercial de la compañía. Responsabilidades: - Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia de canal efectiva para lograr los objetivos de crecimiento de la empresa (Hunting & Farming) - Identificar y desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los socios del canal existentes y potenciales para maximizar la oportunidad de ventas - Proporcionar apoyo y capacitación a los socios del canal para mejorar la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción del cliente. - Evolucionar el plan de desarrollo de Partners para garantizar que se alcancen los objetivos de ventas y se mantenga una relación saludable a largo plazo. - Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de servicio internos para garantizar la implementación efectiva de la estrategia de canal y la maximización de las oportunidades de ventas. Requisitos: - Experiência previa en la gestión de canales de partners y/o ventas indirectas en una empresa de tecnología (preferiblemente SaaS B2B) - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación para establecer relaciones efectivas con los socios del canal y el equipo interno. - Fuerte capacidad de liderazgo y habilidades de gestión de proyectos para ejecutar y monitorear una estrategia de canal efectiva. - Fuerte capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y bajo presión para cumplir los objetivos de ventas y los plazos de entrega. - Excelentes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y tendencias en el mercado. - Conocimientos de tecnología SaaS, herramientas de CRM. - Conocimientos de Inglés para negocios Requisitos deseables - Experiência en canales de venta B2B para productos Software - Conocimiento y experiência en canales de distribución en el mercado de integradores y distribuidores de Software en España. - Conocimiento y experiência en el mercado LATAM/Resto de Europa
