OmniAccess is an industry leading marine network solutions provider, offering a wide range of products and services with over 15 year of experience. From our base in Palma de Mallorca we cater services for some of the world’s largest yachts and key cruise line companies, with a very strong commitment to service quality & availability.

We operate global VSAT networks from our own teleports & HUBs located in Palma de Mallorca, Germany, Netherlands, Chile, USA and Australia. As part of our integral, end-to end solutions we design, implement and support onboard IT networks.

From our human resources department we are looking for a profile that assists us and helps us in all areas related to people in our company, we are a growing company with many plans and initiatives for improvement that we seek to make our company the best place to work.

**What you will do**
- Responsible for managing employee benefits, managing the company's free lunch on Thursdays, managing employee occupancy of flats, organizing different annual events, and organizing employee visits to the office, issuing monthly bonus letters to employees, or benefit letters.
- Participate in the preparation of different surveys such as engagement or recruiting process satisfaction surveys, performance reviews, career path and company culture programs, interpretation of the results, generation of reports, and training, as well as participating or assisting in all strategic plans and policies of the department.
- Enter the monthly shifts in the time management platform, follow up on holidays and sick leave of employees.
- Prepare documentation for employee visits to the shipyards.
- Responsible for risk prevention management, signing of documentation, management of medical examination appointments, and organization of PRL trainings

**Requirements**:
**what we require from you**
- At least 1 years of experience in a comparable function.
- University Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in multidisciplinary international and multicultural HR work, ideally in global digital technology-driven organisations.
- Affinity with and hands-on knowledge of HR information technology and data management systems such as Bizneo or Leapsome.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law is a plus.
- High level of self-motivation, strong organizational skills and strong multi-tasking skills.
- Team-oriented professional with a good sense of humor and a high level of integrity, accountability and professionalism.
- Passion for technology, knowledge of the telecomunications industry would be an asset.
- Strong communication skills: fluent English is a must.
- Ability to understand the HR needs of a multicultural workforce
- Passion for People and finding the best talents.
