En dependencia directa del Complex Director de Recursos Humanos y funcional del Director General del hotel, esta figura se enfoca en brindar asistencia y apoyo personalizado a los asociados/as, asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente, reglamentos y procedimientos operativos aplicables así como de sentir y compartir la cultura y valores de Marriott y de la marca The Luxury Collection.

**Funciones principales**
- Mantener canales de comunicación efectivos y cercanos con los asociados/as y jefes de departamento (ej. desarrollo de comunicaciones diarias, reuniones regulares, etc)
- Actuar como HR Business Partner para el Director General del hotel
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la Compañía
- Participar en la atracción de talento y las entrevistas de selección. Realizar la acogida de las nuevas incorporaciones.
- Compartir la cultura de la empresa y ser un ejemplo en el cumplimiento de los valores de la marca.
- Realización de tareas de la gestión de personal del hotel (vacaciones, bajas, incidencias, )
- Realización Forecast, Budget y KPI. Presupuestar y monitorizar los costes de personal, definiendo acciones correctoras en caso de desvíos, reportando en tiempo y forma y velando por la incidencia en las cuentas anuales
- Coordinar las relaciones laborales de la empresa.
- Mediar y mantener las relaciones con el Comité de Empresa
- Guiar y asesorar a los distintos managers en la gestión de los recursos humanos y ayudarlos a tener equipos de alto rendimiento y a crear nuevos líderes en la empresa.
- Liderar, influir, motivar y movilizar equipos hacia una misma meta logrando resultados de forma efectiva y velando por su satisfacción.
- Brindar apoyo a otras áreas del departamento
_PRL, formación, comunicación interna, ) _cuando sea necesario
- Participación en Programa Take Care, Serve 360 y resto de actividades de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa y Sostenibilidad.

**Habilidades y formación**
- Grado universitario (Derecho, Relaciones laborales, ADE o estudios afines)
- Excel Avanzado
- Nível alto de inglés y castellano
