YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Defect/Problem Management in a central role for different projects within the Cockpit Electronics
- Categorization prioritization and correct assignment to technical departments for all incoming defect tickets within your projects
- Analyze support for technical departments for error cause and technical dependencies
- Interface management and first contact person for suppliers during development
- Weekly and monthly reporting with of all defect tickets and coordination corrective actions
- Active design and optimization of processes for Defect/Problem Management
YOUR PROFILE
- Complete studies in electrical engineering mechatronics computer science or a comparable field of study
- Experience in automotive development processes and relevant tools for Defect/Problem Management (e.g. ALM Octane JIRA...)
- Expertise in E/E development test and validation is an advantage
- Structured approach to work as well as strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive and self-reliant work style with very good analytic skills
- Business fluent in English
- German is an advantage
