**What does this internship consists in?**

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed **an exclusive program (DISCOVER) **designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to **DISCOVER **the skills most in demand today. It will be combined **with an 11 month internship at Airbus **in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early March 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

**Your Profile**
- Recently graduates/Master students
- Studies in engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical) ,
- English: negotiation level
- Spanish: negotiation level.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.

**Job description**:
The activities included on this internship are related to Talent Acquisition activities. Focus on:

- Support internship campaigns ( mainly for shop floor employees)
- Support recruitment processes
- Improvement of process
- On boarding phase
- Participation of Vocational Training campaigns by:

- Trainees follow up during the training period in Airbus.
- Agreement management and related documentation.
- Support on:

- project to harmonize the Airbus Vocational Training Dual Program
- definition of the Airbus Spain Vocational Training International Mobility program.
- definition of the Development Program for Vocational Training Business Tutors and Airbus Model according to applicable regulation.
- Recruitment Improvement Project for Airbus Spain.
- **Opportunities**:

- Take part of multi-functional teams collaboration with several departments in Airbus.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor /master degree ADE, Business, HR
- Fluent English/Spanish level
- Pro-activity
