NXP Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) is the Go-to-Market organization for NXP’s business units. We own the customer relationships and thus ensure customers’ needs are met and NXP growth ambitions are achieved by identifying and creating opportunities for customers to innovate in focused markets using NXP’s diverse product portfolio.

NXP’s EMEA Sales Organization is looking for high-energy, competitive, and self-motivated sales professionals who are interested in being a part of a talented sales team, engaging with customers in creating the latest technology.
**Your Responsibilities**
In our Distribution Business Manager role, you will:
- Work in partnership with franchised distributor resources to achieve all sales objectives. You will be accountable for all distribution engagement and performance in your region.
- Partner with local distribution branches to engage with end-customers to create and win mutually beneficial business.
- Be measured on the growth of NXP sales, new design wins, and new customer growth within your market and distribution partner base.
- Work closely with distribution field resources and NXP product and tech team to provide elite technical service and responsiveness to customer concerns and priorities.
- Take complete business ownership for a few selected target customers in NXP target vertical markets (industrial, automotive, smart home/building, etc)
- Identify new customer projects, propose technical solutions utilizing NXP products and services, manage negotiations towards WIN/WIN outcomes, and maintain support throughout the product development cycle.
- Develop a comprehensive account strategy to ensure NXP has frequent communication with critical decision makers within the customer and understands the customer’s critical priorities and technology needs for the future.
- Responsible for all communication to/from the customer and also driving internal communication to key stakeholders inside NXP product lines.
**Your Profile**
- BS in Electrical/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or MS in Electrical/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
- Ability to maintain technical expertise/competence with the ever-changing technology
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Well organized and good at time management
- Enthusiastic, creative with a desire to learn about business and technical topics
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, and willing to help where needed within scope of the role
- Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and self-driven.
- Willing to learn new processes and tools
- Willing to travel (majority domestic)
