JOB DESCRIPTION:
EXPERIENCE:
- Tangible and _evidential experience in delivering technical transformation programs and projects_(leading and directing) cross functional projects is a core requirement._
- Driving Results _-_ ability to direct, influence and control stakeholders and teams to achieve planned milestones. To stop timescale drift and to tightly manage additional demand in a pragmatic and engaging way_
- Mature Self-starter_ attitude with strong _self-governance_
- Effective communication_ - Ability to clearly and crispy articulate status and outcomes of assigned projects_
- Comfort with uncertainty_ that not all known variables are quantified at project commencement._
- Cost control_ to review budgets, manage expenses and negotiate costs throughout a project to avoid going over budget._
- Prioritization_ - strong ability to prioritize personal tasks as well as others’ tasks within a project._
- Problem-solving ability_ to find solutions and overcome challenges that may impact a project._
- Data analysis_ to quantify performance and project results as well as analyze financial information such as budgets, expenditures, and _return-on-investment._
- Developed _Self-starter_ attitude and strong self-governance_
- Time management_ _ability to manage own time and completion of project planning and execution tasks on time, but it also involves the ability to schedule and manage others’ time_
- Experience with _project management methodologies_ and software proficiency_
- Adaptability_ to successfully navigate and respond to change. It may include learning new processes or tools and re-prioritizing work._
- Self-awareness_
- Established _people leadership skills_ including empathy with other in the project to understand and address frustrations and concerns._

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- _ Skills in managing Jira/Confluence_
- Desired knowledge on Project management methodologies (such as PMP, Prince2, Agile)
- _ Establish good working relationship with Project Sponsor or Owner._
- _ Early escalation of issues and/or risks early with mitigation options._
- _ To be effective in specific technical projects, the PM may need to demonstrate competency and capability in specific technologies, platforms, tools, or coding/development languages._
- _ Direct, manage and motivate a project team (where applicable)_
- _ Develop and maintain an agreed project plan and detailed stage/milestone plans_
- _ Tailor expert knowledge to meet specific circumstances_
- _ Plan and manage the deployment of physical and financial resources to meet project milestones_
- _ Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project_
- _ Strong and clear communication both written and oral_
- _ Advanced MS Office skills in controlling, reporting and general management of projects_
