- Execute the daily
- ** HR administrative tasks**. Helps with
- **talent acquisition**.**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**

1)
- **HR administrative tasks**
- Lead the **hiring process for new employees**, by requesting the documents to draw the contract. Keep in touch with them and solve their doubts for an excellent hiring experience.
- ** Liase with our payroll providers in BCN, Leiden and Paris**. Request to issue contracts, addendums of the contract, notify sick leaves, notify end of contract, request final settlement.
- Prepare **payroll information** to liaise with payroll agency.
- ** Update and prepare documents for PRL quality management system** (CTAIMA): new employees, ensure medical checkups and other health risks prevention. Organize BST security clearance for new employees. Liaise with PRL agency and health insurance.
- ** Update on a daily basis our HR managament system** (Factorial) and **new staff access to the intranet**:

- ** Super admin for time allocation platform** (TimeTell): maintains the system up-to-date by creating new employees and their logins, inactive the outgoing ones, schedules, annual leave, reporting, track indicators such as absence at work or overtime. Solve employees queries or amend mistakes. Liaise with TimeTell helpdesk.
- ** Solve easy admin and labor law questions for the 3 offices**.
- Helps **organizing social events** for staff

- **Recruitment tasks**
- ** Post (and close) all our ads on our ATS and website**:

- ** Schedule all interviews, announce internal vacancies, staff announcements**:

- Manage **onboarding administrative tasks**:

- Ensure that all the process is done **in accordance with employment laws & regulations, and in alignment with EBMT EDI project**.

**Requirements**:

- University studies (Relaciones Laborales)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working on a similar position in a company or “gestoría”/payroll agency
- Familiar with Spanish labor law
- Fluent English (both spoken and written)
- Internal customer oriented, solve-problems attitude
- Oriented to detail, thorough
- Organized, ability to prioritize things
- Initiative
- Tech-savvy

**NICE-TO-HAVES**
- HR postgraduate or Master
- Experience in recruitment
- Experience in non-profit organizations
- Familiar with other European labor laws

**WHAT WE OFFER**

- Full time position and indefinite contract (37.5 hours working week).
- Salary: 26.000-30.000 gross/year.
- Flexible working hours (starting from 8 to 10 am and finish accordingly).
- Some foreign travel.
