**Where will you work?**:
Our client manages the world's leading network of web portals for medical and cosmetic surgery content. It is currently present in 13 countries in Europe, Latin America and the Middle East, through 15 web portals that receive users from more than 25 different nationalities.
**What will you do?**:
- In your day-to-day work you will:
- Work for the customer: the customer comes first, and work to treat them as if they were yourself.
- Training and welcome: teach the tools and functionalities of the profile to the clients and welcome them to our portal.
- Case follow-up: be aware of open customer cases and refer them, if necessary, to other departments.
- Collaboration with commercial: the commercial team are our eyes and the CS team are our hands, so both departments must listen to each other and solve possible pending issues with the customers.
- Collections: management of payments, collections and contracts of your assigned customer portfolio.
**Who are we looking for?**:
- You are the person we are looking for:
- You have experience in Customer Service, Sales, After Sales, Collections or a similar field.
- You speak a high level of German and English.
- You have knowledge and experience working with tools such as Google Suite (especially Excel or similar).
- You are used to having the telephone as your main working tool.
