**Purpose of the role**

We’re looking to accelerate our investment and focus to develop a unique, industry leading, approach of delivering an outstanding experience to our clients across all markets for Promotional Merchandise campaigns. As entrepreneurs we don’t want to match our competitor’s capability in this field. We want to redefine it. We want to Indicia Worldwide to be recognised as a market leader in defining best-in-class activation through Promotional Merchandise materials.

We’re looking for an exceptional leader to work closely with our global head for the category, acting as the direct extension and key regional leader to a group of experts in EMEA who are playing an active role in advising our client service teams and clients on how to best drive value from their campaigns. Supporting regional activities, through smart ideation, innovation, value-engineering and competitive sourcing. Advocating for sustainable actions and decisions aligned with the agenda and targets of both the clients and Indicia Worldwide.

This role is uniquely designed to drive excellence in sourcing and supply, build and drive on our digital proposition as well as provide strategic oversight for ideation and quality for the category.

A transformational role of significant strategic value to our growth ambitions but also to our investors as we further scale our procurement growth alongside agency and technology services.

**Key responsibilities**:
Service Leadership
- Implement in EMEA all framework, processes and solutions established by the global lead for the category.
- Actively influence the strategic thinking and planning for EMEA as it relates to the development of the category. From client engagement through to activation. With a focus on effectiveness and value for our clients.
- Strategic and tactical responsibility for implementing strategy and strategic operational goals to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost, and delivery. Led with an innovation mindset.
- In collaboration with client services and with close lead from the global head for the category, deploy a sourcing and pricing strategy specific to product, market, and client (where applicable) that leads to opportunity conversion.

People
- Bring talent and expertise where it matters, closer to our suppliers in EMEA, but well connected with the internal teams in region to understand requirements, opportunities, and challenges.
- Promote high internal and external work ethic for the team, built through our core business values, that will generate trust and respect with our suppliers and internal colleagues.
- In close collaboration with client services and the global head for the category, supervise key and higher value negotiations with regional clients and suppliers, providing overall guidance to the wider team to achieve the best commercial outcome on all jobs.
