Desde Marlex estamos colaborando con una de las empresas más punteras en su sector especializada el desarrollo de proyectos de ingeniería y construcción, equipos de proceso integrados y consultoría GMP. Actualmente, precisan incorporar al Customer Service Department un/a SUPPORT ENGINEER para su centro ubicado en el Vallès Occidental.

**¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?**
La persona seleccionada se encargará de:

- Gestionar técnicamente los proyectos de CS, Contratos de Mantenimiento y Órdenes de Servicio.
- Dar soporte técnico a cliente interno y final.
- Realizar el soporte a Planning and Administration Technician en la planificación, revisión de informes técnicos y cierre de las Órdenes de Servicio.
- Coordinar conjuntamente con el Project Leader los recursos de CS que deben participar en las Puestas en Marcha (FAT y SAT). En los equipos de laboratorio gestión de las puestas en marcha conjuntamente con el departamento comercial.
- Gestionar técnicamente los recursos externos subcontratados desde CS.
- Dar soporte en la preparación de ofertas tanto de Servicio Técnico como de Upgrades y Contratos de Mantenimiento.
- Dar soporte en la preparación de ofertas de Spare Parts.
- Participar en las reuniones de Tecnología y Calidad.

- Dispones de una Ingeniería Industrial con especialidad mecánica, frío industrial, electrónica o control industrial.
- Tienes experiência mínima de 1-2 años en una posición similar.
- Dispones de conocimientos de vacío.
- Cuentas con un nível alto en inglés, fluido en el habla y en la escritura.
- Tienes disponibilidad para viajar de manera nacional e internacional.
- Tienes conocimientos en SAP.
- Eres una persona con habilidades comunicativas, proactivo, organizado, detallista, con capacidad de autogestión, planificado y resolutivo.
