**TENDER MANAGER**
**BARCELONA**
Within the Market Access Department, the mission is developing tender, public offering and customer value strategy for Alexion designing main objectives and developing action plans to align business objectives with customers’ needs in terms of public tendering and commercial strategy. In collaboration with the cross functional team, you will assess and lead the implementation of new models and commercial offers. You will define the strategy to succeed at national/ Regional / Hospital accounts and focus on new commercial models against competitors, to enhance market access uptake at regional & hospital level and optimize business. Engages with external stakeholders, mainly tenders, contracting, public procurement bodies and internal customers on how to create innovative commercial approaches that can be implemented to generate win-win situations among public purchase organizations and Company.
**Requiriments**:
- Training: Degree / Graduate (law / economics/ management)
- Spanish: Native/Fluid and English: C1
- 3 years' experience in a similar position within the health sector or in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Computing: Office advanced level
