Your new role

Supporting the Product Managers on the different business lines and the common and general needs of the Marketing department, Market and campaigns analysis, Marketing materials organization, Congresess and events, Internal and external marketing communications, Digital marketing.

What you'll be doing

1) Analysis:

- Edition of reports for marketing analysis (follow-up of opportunities, campaigns...).
- Working on requests from mkt Iberia for data analysis on our marketing information system.
- Tracking of customer consents in SFDC (opt-in/out).

2) Marketing materials:

- Propel/DMS. Approvals of mkt materials. Document upload and Media Fly maintenance and tracking.
- Control and monitoring of mkt materials
- Adaptation of collaterals created in EMEA and creation of local materials (brochures, videos, presentations, event invitations...). Translations, layout support.

3) Congress and events participation
- Manage HCP/HCO (Alanda), forms, contracts, confirmation of Fenin/Medtech seal for events...
- Congresses (space reservation, invitations/scholarships, scientific societies, design supplier procedures, logistics...).

4) Digital Marketing
- Social Media and post management (Iberia/EMEA LinkedIn)
- Website management support: content updating..

5) Internal and external marketing communications. Monthly newsletters for Iberia.

What you'll need to succeed- University studies in marketing is preferred. Ideally with a master's degree in digital marketing.- 2 years of working experience, ideally IVD Marketing.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office at user level: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/ Adobe Indesing or similar.- Spoken and written English is a must.- Spoken and written Portuguese would be a plus.- Driving licence

ACCIONES MARKETING ASSISTANT - Iberia Marketing Support

1) ANÁLISIS:

- Edición de informes para análisis de mkt (seguimiento oportunidades, campañas )
- Trabajar sobre peticiones de mkt Iberia para análisis de datos
- Seguimiento de consentimientos en SFDC (opt-in/out)

2) MATERIALES DE MKT:

- Propel/DMS. Aprobaciones de materiales de mkt. Subida de documentos y mantenimiento y seguimiento de Media Fly
- Control y seguimiento de materiales de mkt
- Colaterales. Adaptación de colaterales creados en EMEA y creación de materiales locales (Brochures, videos, presentaciones, invitaciones eventos ). Traducciones, maquetación

3) CONGRESOS Y EVENTOS:

- Gestionar HCP/HCO (Alanda), formularios, contratos, confirmación de sello Fenin/Medtech para eventos
- Congresos (reserva espacio, invitaciones/becas, sociedades científicas, trámites proveedores diseño, logística )
- Newsletters mensuales para Iberia

4) OTROS:

- Social Media y gestión de posts (Iberia/EMEA LinkedIn)
- Gestiones varias (renovaciones participantes programas Control de Calidad Externo )
- Soporte gestión páginas web: actualización de contenidos.
