**Marketing Science Partner - Iberia Responsibilities**:

- Manage learning agendas for a complex set of clients and agencies in CPG, Auto, Retail, Luxury in Iberia.
- Implement a strategy and service model that progresses all CPG, Auto, Retail, Luxury clients marketing effectiveness via scaled proactive programs addressing the needs of the Iberia region.
- Represent the Iberia Marketing Science team internally and externally with cross functional teams and at industry events relative to CPG, Auto, Retail, Luxury in Iberia verticals.
- Drive client, vertical, and industry adoption of preferred measurement methodologies, products, and approaches
- Design tests to showcase the power of good measurement using client data and Meta or third-party technology tools
- Conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for Meta advertisers to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and across media
- Communicate complex research results to a general audience
- Provide feedback to and collaborate with Product, R&D, and Partnerships to identify opportunities for new features, products, and partnerships and drive client engagement around measurement innovation, including product alphas and beta
- Partner closely with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Product, R&D, Ads Research, Creative Shop etc.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 5+ yrs experience in a directly related field such as marketing science, data science and/or marketing analytics in media measurement space, research methodologies and key vendors (3+ years with a Masters )
- Client-facing experience, including ability to drive meetings or change through adoption of new products or research methods.
- Ability to communicate technical content to general audience.
- 5 years + experience in an analytical role and independently scoping and executing research projects with clients and or cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience leading at an industry level and with senior clients
- Experience analyzing and manipulating data sets to understand patterns and provide insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Sociology or similar
- Fluent in Spanish and English

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with structured and unstructured data-sets, statistical software such as R, SPSS, SAS as well as data extraction tools such as Hive and/or SQL, or coding languages such as Python
- Experience with MMM, field experiments, experimental design, survey sampling, and/or panel data
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field or an MBA
