**SEIDOR**, multinacional española en plena expansión, precisa incorporar en sus oficinas de Madrid, dos personas para la posición de Consultor Funcional Salesforce que se incorporarán al equipo de Customer Centric, dentro de la unidad de SEIDOR CX.
Las principales tareas serán las de:
- Trabajar con las principales áreas de la compañía en definir el ciclo de vida del cliente y los principales journeys de comunicación omnicanal a crear, para contactar de forma automática y personalizada con cada uno de los clientes, poniendo foco en los procesos de retención, captación, onboarding, fidelización, etc.
- Crear programas de fidelización con nuestros clientes para construir un vínculo emocional con ellos que vaya más allá del producto/servicio y desarrollar diferentes tipos de recompensa a los clientes.
- Trabajar en la estrategia de CRM de la compañía para poner al cliente en el centro de todos los procesos de negocio, creando una visión única de cliente de forma que se pueda ofrecer una experiência personalizada y omnicanal.
**Requisitos Tecnicos**:
- Experiência en un puesto similar de al menos dos año y medio.
- Capacidad de discriminación de la calidad de los entregables, tanto documentación como técnico, aportando una capa de calidad y aseguramiento en el cliente.
- Conocimiento y capacidad de ejecución en HTML, AMPscript y SQL Query.
- Entendimiento de las limitaciones y capacidades más avanzadas de los lenguajes en SFMC.
- Conocimiento de las capacidades de SSJS y APIs dentro de la herramienta.
- Capacidad de diseño de soluciones integrando estas capacidades.
**Requisitos Funcionales**:
- Conocimiento y experiência en otras soluciones (tanto en su capacidad individual, como combinada con SFMC y en su integración con SFMC) de Salesforce, tales como Salesforce Interaction Studio, CDP, Datorama, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
- Gestión de equipos.
- Buena comunicación con cliente, pudiendo liderar la cuenta y las conversaciones en las que se encuentre involucrado/a.
- Identificación de puntos de ampliación de capacidades dentro del cliente
- Capacidad de detectar puntos de fricción en proyectos/clientes.
- Capacidad de establecer objetivos de negocio SMART para las diferentes iniciativas y hacer un seguimiento del proyecto en base a la consecución de los mismos.
- Capacidad de trabajar de forma transversal con las principales áreas de la compañía.
- Capacidad de interlocución con el área de tecnología y habilidades de comunicación para tratar con el negocio.
- Habilidad para trabajar en base a proyectos con objetivos de negocio bien definidos.
**Se valora experiência en**:
- Proyectos de implementación/desarrollo de Salesforce Marketing Cloud, como consultor técnico / Technical leader, realizando labores de toma de requerimientos de negocio y propuesta de solución a estos.
