**What will you be doing?**

Circana is searching for an experienced and energetic Director to lead our dynamic business & team at the Foodservice business in Spain.

The Head of Foodservice is responsible for providing strategic leadership and articulate a clear vision for the Foodservice business in Spain. This person will lead the growth of the relationships between Circana and key players in the Foodservice industry, as well as develop, monitor and manage the strategic plan for the business in the country to ensure achieving the set objectives and goals.

The role demands a sense of responsibility, and understanding of the industry, and definitive leadership skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulating and implementing a strategic plan that guides the direction of the business while achieving short-term and long-term financial goals.
- Overseeing budgetary planning and financial performance within the foodservice business.
- Nurturing strategic relationships within the Foodservice environment.
- Leading and develop a collaborative, pro-active team to agree policy, strategy, tactical directions, budgets and specific initiatives to deliver growth and objectives
- Providing leadership within the Spanish foodservice business, effectively managing cross-functional working relationships with other teams.
- Anticipating and understand short and long-term competitive market trends
- Partnering with Europe & global teams to identify opportunities and drive sales locally as well as regionally/globally.
- Building expertise in Foodservice industry.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years' experience on business management & leadership responsabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player.
- Excellent commercial sense
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Strong presentation skills with a high comfort level presenting to large groups and senior audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience in Foodservice industry highly preferred
