**Qué buscamos**:

- Al menos 3 años de experiência en gestión de spa u hostelería.
- Historial comprobado de brindar servicio al cliente de primer nível.
- Fuerte visión empresarial, con experiência en gestión presupuestaria y establecimiento de objetivos comerciales.
- Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, con capacidad para liderar, inspirar y desarrollar al personal.
- Comprensión profunda de las prácticas de bienestar, con un enfoque en crear una atmósfera calmante y rejuvenecedora.

**Tus tareas**:

- Dirección, control y seguimiento del equipo del spa.
- Analizar y establecer el cuadrante de horarios del equipo del spa.
- Activar acciones comerciales para aumentar la venta tanto zona spa como derivando clientes externos y alojados en el hotel, a los diferentes centros de The Beauty Concept en Madrid (medicina estética, belleza y peluquería).
- Control riguroso de las reservas programadas en la agenda asegurando que las cabinas estén disponibles para el uso.
- Desarrollo de los protocolos que se realizan en el spa y seguimiento con el equipo de terapeutas que dichos protocolos se cumplen en base a los estándares de calidad establecidos.
- Acudir de manera presencial a los briefings diarios del hotel y las diferentes reuniones establecidas de forma mensual con los managers de cada área del hotel.
- Revisión y control del stock y pedidos de producto.
- Capacidad resolutiva de las incidencias que se puedan suceder y reportar las mismas.
