About the location:
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and backed by panoramic vistas of the Mediterranean and the surrounding landscapes, the hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate. Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations and ensuring high-quality guest services.
Supervise spa staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and service standards.
Monitor inventory levels of spa products and equipment, assisting with ordering as needed.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement spa promotions and programs.
Our Ideal Spa Assistant Manager candidate will have:
Leadership skills: Ability to assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing a team of therapists and spa staff.
Strong customer service focus: Commitment to ensuring a high-quality guest experience, addressing concerns, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Spa and wellness knowledge: A solid understanding of spa treatments, products, and wellness services, with the ability to support the team in delivering top-notch services.
Operational efficiency: Ability to help manage bookings, staffing schedules, and inventory to ensure smooth spa operations.
Team management: Experience in supporting staff training, development, and performance management, ensuring the team meets high standards.
Problem-solving abilities: Able to handle any issues that arise with guests or staff professionally and promptly.
Attention to detail: Ensuring that the spa environment is clean, well-organized, and meets the luxury standards expected by guests.
Strong communication skills: Capable of liaising with both the spa team and guests to ensure effective service delivery.
Budget and revenue awareness: Ability to assist in managing spa revenue targets, costs, and ensuring profitability.
Passion for wellness: A genuine interest in the spa and wellness industry, staying up-to-date with trends and innovations to continuously improve the guest experience.
