**Posizione**:
Liu Jo SPA está buscando para su outlet en Las Rozas (Madrid) un(a) assistant store manager full time **con incorporación inmediata.**

Sus principales cometidos serán los siguientes:

- Logro de objetivos marcados por el departamento comercial en base a Kpi’s;
- Organización de tienda, gestión de stock, inventarios, orden y limpieza del punto de venta;
- Venta personalizada, captación y fidelización del cliente;
- Garantizar excelente servicio y atención al cliente;
- Gestión de un equipo de trabajo;
- Seleccionar, formar y motivar a un equipo;
- Supervisión del visual merchandising, escaparates y orden de tienda;
- Asesoramiento personalizado, captación y fidelización del cliente.

**Requisiti**:

- Experiência mínima de 4 años en lujo, moda o sectores afines;
- Persona responsable, resolutiva, autónoma, organizada, empática y proactiva;
- Alto nível de interlocución y excelentes capacidades interpersonales;
- Capacidad de liderar un equipo y conocimiento de técnicas motivacionales;
- Experiência en resolución de problemas y trabajo bajo presión;
- Capacidad de priorizar en un entorno de trabajo de ritmo acelerado;
- Sensibilidad y pasión por la moda;
- Proactividad y capacidad de reaccionar ante el cambio;
- Alta orientación a la venta personalizada y a lograr objetivos de facturación;
- Habilidad con el ordenador conocimiento de Kpi’s;
- Se requiere buen nível de inglés y valorable otros idiomas.
