Actualmente buscamos incorporar a un/a Customer Success Manager con experiência previa demostrable. Se ubicará en nuestras oficinas de BCN - Autoterminal.
**Principales funciones**:
- Óptima gestión de las peticiones de los clientes aportando soluciones a medida de sus necesidades logísticas en transporte de carga rodada (vehículos) y asegurando la satisfacción en todo el proceso en cuanto a plazos, calidad de entrega y rentabilidad de la operación.
- Correcta atención a los transportistas que intervienen en el proceso de retirada de vehículos una vez llegan a la terminal.
- Correcta gestión de las formalidades aduaneras de nuestros clientes.
- Servicio de excelencia en el centro técnico donde se realizan servicios de valor añadido a los vehículos.
- Eficientar las diferentes áreas implicadas en el servicio: Key Account Manager, atención a transportistas, aduanas y el Centro Técnico para garantizar un servicio de excelencia y valor añadido a nuestros clientes.
- Establecer y supervisar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) en los procesos de aduanas, atención a transportistas y servicios técnicos, logrando identificar y resolver desviaciones en el servicio específico del puerto tales como tiempo de realización de los servicios, número de entregas y producción diaria entre otros.

Requisitos mínimos
- Experiência de 5 años en operaciones logísticas portuarias o plantas de producción o almacenes.
- Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial o campo similar, con enfoque en logística portuaria.
- Inglés B2.
- Se valora formación en gestión de proyectos.
