¿Cuál será tu misión?
La Transformación digital ha redefinido la gestión del talento y el rol de los departamentos de Recursos Humanos. En Frit Ravich hemos integrado herramientas digitales y procesos innovadores que nos van a permitir mejorar la experiência de las personas que trabajan con nosotros e incorporar nuevo talento. Por eso ampliamos el equipo con una nueva figura clave para afrontar los nuevos retos de la gestión de personas.
Tu misión será proporcionar análisis relevantes para comprender y mejorar la gestión del talento y basar las estrategias y la toma de decisiones en información precisa y actualizada en tiempo real.
Como será tu día a día
Definirás la estructura de las diferentes bases de datos con el fin de contar con datos únicos y fiables.
Diseñarás informes y extracciones automatizadas en el ERP de RRHH (SuccessFactors) para elaborar los cuadros de mando de RRHH y facilitar la gestión analítica del área.
Realizarás y harás el seguimiento del presupuesto de gastos de personal así como el propio del centro de coste de RRHH.
Realizarás la auditoría retributiva en base al registro salarial, la valoración de los puestos de trabajo y el resto de información estadística requerida en el diagnóstico del plan de igualdad y otros informes laborales.
Elaborarás estudios de equidad retributiva interna y externa, análisis de benchmark salariales y bandas retributivas. Verificarás la información retributiva y de objetivos vinculada a bonus y variables para garantizar su correcto abono en nómina.
Elaborarás y monitorizarás los KPI's relevantes del área de personas y otras métricas de seguimiento de los procesos clave del departamento.
