**Preferred Qualifications**
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts/non-named accounts/geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale, often in alignment with Oracle partners and other Lines of Business (Cloud, Technology, etc.)
- Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
- 10 years applicable experience including 7 years of sales experience.
- Successful sales track record.
- Ability to penetrate accounts, meet with stakeholders within accounts.
- Good knowledge of the intricacies of the different Healthcare systems and care delivery models in the EMEA countries.
- Good knowledge of the Healthcare solution market (namely in the Interoperability and Analytics spaces) and the main players.
- Ability to interact with C level stakeholders and speak the customer’s language.
- Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
- Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
- Availability to travel as required (up to 50%).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Besides English, knowledge of one or two other European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, or German) or Arabic is important.
