Nuestro cliente es una agencia de Marketing con más de 40 años en el mercado, e integrada por más de 80 profesionales con el mejor know-how del sector. Evolucionan constantemente para ofrecer servicios de marketing integral con estrategias 360.

Se encuentran en búsqueda de un Customer Success o Responsable de producto que pueda utilizar las herramientas de la compañía para extraer datos y exponer los resultados a los diversos clientes de la empresa.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Gestión y Supervisión de proyectos de marketing promocional de la compañía
- Gestión, coordinación y seguimiento de servicios o incidencias propias de su área
- Manejo de las herramientas que proporciona la compañía para la solución promocional: CRM promocional, atención al cliente, plataforma logística
- Explotación de los datos extraídos de la operativa promocional.
- Contacto con clientes para desarrollo de cuenta
- Diseño de concepto de soluciones en base a requerimientos del cliente y definición de esos conceptos con los departamentos internos de la Compañía.
- Impulso de la venta de servicios de marketing promocional.

**Requisitos**:
+ de 3 años de experiência.
Nível avanzado de inglés.

**Estudios alcanzados**: Diplomatura o similar.
Experiência en Contact Center aplicado a promociones y herramientas tecnológicas orientadas al marketing.
- Experiência en la gestión de proyectos, preferiblemente en empresas multinacionales.

Se valora experiência en el sector gran consumo, retail o en agencia llevando grandes cuentas y formación en marketing.
Persona organizada, atenta al detalle, con criterio y toma de decisiones. Fundamentos tecnológicos y de marketing promocional.

**Buen dominio de herramientas**: Excel avanzado, Asana/Jira/Trello
Valorable experiência en Zendesk o similiar a nível de Gestor, Manager o Coordinador
Valorable experiência en Power BI o similar a nível de usuario
Dominio completo del idioma inglés IMPRESCINDIBLE.
