**Descripción**:
**¿Cómo será tu día a día?**
Tras una formación intensiva del producto y en dependencia de Direccón Comercial, la principal responsabilidad será garantizar un servicio de máxima calidad. Deberás construir relaciones sólidas con nuestros clientes para comprender sus necesidades, conseguir su éxito en la plataforma y posicionarte como principal punto de contacto y enlace.
- Capacitar a los usuarios
- Desarrollar estrategias de comunicación
- Liderar seminarios y presentaciones individuales
- Encabezar proyectos internos de mejora interfuncional
- Detectar oportunidades también serán sus funciones solicitadas.
**¿Qué necesitarán de ti?**
- Formación Superior.
- Nível alto de Inglés y Español.
- 1 año de experiência como Customer Success.
- Capacidad para absorber conceptos técnicos complejos y comunicarnos de manera efectiva a diferentes níveles.
- Actitud positiva, empatía y mucha energía.
- Capacidad de aportar ideas y soluciones, aprendizaje, analítica y de adaptación.
- Escucha activa y negociación.

- Retribución salarial 21.000 - 23.000
- Jornada completa.
- Trabajo híbrido 3 días en oficina y 2 teletrabajando (Oficinas ubicadas es Tres Cantos)

Requisitos mínimos:
- Formación Superior.
- Nível alto de Inglés y Español.
- 1 año de experiência como Customer Success.
