**Your Role and Responsabilities**:

- Transfer of the business processes changes to the local organization
- Provide input during the analysis of local processes
- Collaborate with Regional supporting team
- Collaboration in the management and implementation of processes for the migration to the new system. "SAP"
- Conduct integration testing after process changes, ERP upgrade
- Act as a trainer for end users
- Update training materials
- Create training documents in the local language
- Knowledge of bill of Materials: updating and creation of line documentation, codification of components and subcomponents.
- Priorize the method over the process indeed. Establish standards to work properly and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of the process (Inputs, Outputs, Semi-finished goods, Work in Process, Out of Process).
- Work with continuous improvement mentality and realize improvement proposals.
- Alignment to MAHLE standards and best practice.
- Transmit and pilot the realization of manufacturing documents, control guidelines and visual aids.
