**SGTO is looking for a Gravity Technical Project Manager, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Gravity Technical Project Manager **, we need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Report to management at several levels.
- Manage stakeholders at different level.
- Coordinate and influence decisions at different levels (teams and people).
- Discuss functional and technical solutions and new ways of working (i.e. Agile methodology) with different stakeholders and teams if required.

EXPERIENCE
- From 6 years of experience.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor´s degree or similar.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge in Digital Transformation.
- Experience in Digital Transformation, i.e. agile software development practices (Unit testing, Test driven development or CI/CD) or public cloud.
- Experience of working in an Agile environment.
- Experience in arquitecting/deploying worloads to public clouds.
- Ability to cope within an often pressurized and fast-moving environment.
- Ability to effectively present technical and non-technical information to internal customers.
- Ability to facilitate work groups with a high degree of professionalism, work ethic and integrity.
- Ability to incorporate technical and business knowledge in the analysis of customer solutions.
- Ability to work productively with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to changes as they come.
- Ability to pinpoint a need and address it.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written communication).
- Being proactive and self-motivated.
