At Setesca, we are on the lookout for an energetic and proactive SAP FICO Consultant, with an interest and basic understanding of the CO-PC (Product Cost Controlling) sub-module. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our SAP FICO framework, providing technical support and consultancy for future enhancements.

The ideal candidate will work within a small team, supporting the global business needs. We expect a proactive approach and the ability to work semi-autonomously. Broad business knowledge is key for effectively liaising with Stakeholders, SAP Business Process Managers, and operations across various global locations.

Main tasks:

Support and maintenance of the existing SAP FICO landscape, with a focus on the specifics of manufacturing. Optimization of the future system & process landscape, particularly in the areas of CO-PC and CO-PA. Participation in the introduction and rollout of templates to future global sites, incorporating best practices in CO-PC and CO-PA. Assistance in Finance areas such as New General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Fixed Assets, and Month End Close. Support in Controlling areas, with an emphasis on Profitability Analysis, Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Project Systems (PS), Internal Orders, Material Ledger, and Month End Close. Engagement in decision-making related to CoE Support as necessary.

Requisitos mínimos

Professional Experience:

3+ years of SAP FICO experience, with an understanding of CO-PC (Product Cost Controlling) and CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), preferably in the manufacturing industry (automotive is a plus). Demonstrated knowledge of product cost controlling and profitability analysis within a manufacturing context is advantageous. Experience with the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP FICO modules, with a focus on manufacturing processes, is desirable.

Education and competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration. Experience working in a global and multicultural company. SAP certification and S4 HANA experience are advantageous. Strong integration knowledge with other modules – SD/MM/PP/PS/PM. Fluent in English, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in an international environment and travel internationally as needed.
