We are looking for a results-driven SaaS Sales Hunter for North of Spain to acquire new business for SCALAR, our next-gen Fleet Management Solution. If you're a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of surpassing targets, we want you on our team.
Working model: Remote
Our main ZF office for this position is in Madrid
**What you can look forward to as Sales Executive SCALAR Spain (M/F/d)**:
- **Discovery**: Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization.
- **Opportunity Management**: Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead to close, including effective negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
- **Pipeline Management**: Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement. Maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings.
- **Achieve Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- **Customer Relationships**: Build and nurture strong customer relationships to identify up
- and cross-selling opportunities.
- **Feedback**: Share field insights for product improvement and marketing campaigns.
**Your profile as Sales Executive SCALAR Spain (M/F/d)**:
- Proven track record in selling solutions with at least 5 years of work experience. Experience in SaaS Solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is not required but is a clear advantage.
- Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic product and market environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Open to working independently from home and traveling within the assigned sales territory (traveling requirement: up to 75% or 3-4 days a week).
