**What does a Senior Account Manager do at Hogarth?**

The Senior Account Manager plays a vital role in the successful running of the EU Coca-Cola account by providing high levels of client servicing, production and internal/external stakeholders management. They are a master of communication and adaptability, ensuring deliverables across AV, Print and Digital are always met and expectations with key stakeholders managed. They provide impeccable professional delivery in their role and build strong relationships, whilst developing new opportunities for the account.

Some of their responsibilities include:

- Demonstrating a clear understanding of the brand by acting as an Account brand/QC guardian
- Serving as day-to-day contact for agency/client stakeholders and Hogarth internal departments
- Coordinating between Project/Transcreation Management, Hogarth, client and agencies
- Managing end-to-end AV, Print and Digital adaptation processes including liaison with internal teams, media agencies and clearance bodies
- Handling all aspects of local market client campaigns from brief through to delivery, ensuring final materials are on time and of the highest quality
- Managing, monitoring, and updating all timelines and set realistic expectations with clients
- Managing workload effectively and highlighting to their line manager if support is required to ensure successful completion of a project
- Supporting/training Account Managers/Account Executives in the team, pro-actively leading the teams to ensure they perform to the best of their ability
- Following agreed workflows and utilize relevant project management tools
- Highlighting and escalating quality control issues
- Monitoring internal workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations
- Distributing contact reports and agendas
- Assisting with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function by managing agreed budgets and administrative tasks
- Collating any information needed for input to client reports and presentations

**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**
This role reports to the Account Director. The Senior Account Manager works closely with Account Management, Production and Finance teams.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a TV, print, or digital production role essential
- Localisation experience essential
- Understanding of creative expansion and/or have creative experience desirable
- Strong project management, time management and prioritisation skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, client focused and proactive
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Can-do attitude and an ability to work under pressure
- Fluent oral and written English; fluent / native speaker in an additional European language a plus (German, Italian, Polish, e.g.)
- Clear understanding of international brand challenges and working on global accounts with multiple markets and stakeholders
