Estamos buscando un pasante abierto y proactivo que **será la persona de contacto directo de nuestros usuarios finales** para ayudarles en su negocio de ventas diarias. Operará en el complejo campo de nuestra solución SaaS y obtendrá una profunda comprensión para navegar a través de nuestra plataforma web y aplicación. Usted proporciona **soporte telefónico y web** en inglés y español, aprende sobre las preocupaciones de nuestros clientes y disfruta encontrando soluciones individuales.

**Usted sería una buena opción si**
- Está estudiando **ciencias económicas**, preferiblemente con un enfoque en marketing, ventas o ciencia de datos
- Ya ha adquirido alguna **experiência profesional** en el campo del marketing, ventas o gestión de datos
- **Disfruta del trabajo basado en proyectos**, no huye de las hojas de cálculo de Excel y le gusta trabajar en equipos pequeños y entusiastas
- Tiene excelentes habilidades en **inglés **(tanto escritas como orales). Otras habilidades lingüísticas, especialmente en español, francés, portugués o incluso holandés, son ventajosas
