En Persuadis buscamos un(a) Marketing & Business Development para incorporarse a nuestro equipo. Somos una agencia de marketing especializada en el sector inmobiliario. Desarrollamos soluciones de marketing pensadas para promotoras inmobiliarias principalmente. La persona que estamos buscando se encargará de Marketing de la propia agencia además de formar parte del departamento comercial.

Funciones y Competencias:
Marketing

Desarrollar y gestionar todos los aspectos de nuestra estrategia de marketing. Este rol se centrará en crear un plan de marketing para la empresa y un plan de acción concreto con diferentes acciones de marketing a llevar a cabo.
- Estrategia corporativa (identidad de marca, branding de materiales comerciales, estrategia digital de branding).
- Estrategia digital de captación de leads (planificación de medios, creación y análisis de datos).
- Organización de eventos y ferias.
- Social Media: Generación de contenidos para la página web y redes sociales de la empresa.
- Continuar y mejorar el posicionamiento de la marca de la empresa.

Ventas
- Gestión de llamadas en frío y calientes a prospectos, para sumar experiência.
- Presentar nuestros servicios de marketing inmobiliario a nuevos clientes.
- Identificar y crear estrategias de Nuevos Servicios.
- Programar llamadas, así como preparar y entregar propuestas a clientes potenciales.
- Crear presupuestos para clientes nuevos y recurrentes y, al mismo tiempo, fomentar las relaciones con los clientes para poder brindar a cada cuenta el mejor servicio posible.
- Rsponsable del CRM de la agenecia Pipedrive.

Requisitos y aptitudes:

- Capacidad alta de comunicación oral y escrita
- Preferiblemente formación en Marketing, ventas, comunicación.
- Persona organizada y analítica
- Persona proactiva con capacidad de trabajo tanto individual como en equipo.
- Experiência en marketing
- Experiência en CRM
- Se valora positivamente conocimiento del sector inmobiliario

Ofrecemos:
Contrato indefinido con 6 meses de prueba
Presencial de lunes a jueves: 9-14 h y 15'30 a 18'30h.
Viernes y Agosto de 8 a 15h.
Oficina en Rambla Catalunya 123_ Barcelona
