**MISSION**

Together with the Head Chef, you will collaborated in the the financial control, administrational and operational aspects of the entire culinary division, achieving the economic and quality departmental goals. You will ensure the correct implementation of the corresponding company F&B service and product standards; supervise the day-to-day operation and employees.

**IF YOU HAVE...**

Minimum 2 years experience in Melia Hotels International as Sous Chef.

Previous experience in large events, banquets and conferences.

Initiative, good organization and communication skills, capacity of influence and development of commitment and talent.

Passion for details.

Office Pack and Management Skills, cost control and maximization of revenue.
