Digital Sales Representative

This role has been designated as ‘Office’, which means you will primarily work from an HPE office.

HPE Finland is looking for active motivated sales person to strengthen our sales power in local Finnish market. Person can act in this role either from HPE Hub we are having in Barcelona or you can locate in Finland where we have office in Keilaniemi Espoo.

**Responsibilities**:
Sells HPE intelligent solutions and products to assigned customers in Finland in co-operation with HPE Finland Sales and HPE Partner Community

Creates sales strategy and account plans for portion of assigned customers

Generates, qualifies and reviews new leads to drive sales and win new business

Understands customer requirements and competitively positions company solutions to meet the needs of customer

Builds sales pipeline and forecasts sales related to assigned customers

**Education and Experience Required**:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/ Sales )

1 - 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent

**Knowledge and Skills**:
Sales and/or account management skills

Motivated to learn new skills both on sales strategy and HPE portfolio

Serve customers with will-to-win attitude

Proficient knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products and services to solve business challenges

Proficient communication and negotiation skills - fluent both in Finnish and English

Be a true team player

Hunter approach on sales

Proficient knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system which allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them
