**YOUR MISSION**:
Glovo is looking for a talented and ambitious New Business Support trainee in Bilbao. Are you looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest growing Startups in Europe? Do you want to contribute to building a product that will disrupt the On demand market?

**THE JOURNEY**:

- Play a key role in supporting our business development efforts working closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, assist in the development of strategies, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using Excel tools to evaluate business performance and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to translate data findings into strategic initiatives and presentations.
- Assist in the creation of data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Gather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them, tackle problems to raise the bar.
- Participate in the development and implementation of analytical frameworks to improve business processes.
- Review and propose partner communications, ensuring partner engagement and long-term relationships.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**:

- Availability for 6 months full-time internship
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or sales
- Up to 1 year of work experience in a sales or marketing field (preferred)
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
- Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
- Proactivity, organization and obsession with details
- Developed communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
- Proficiency in Spanish and English
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
