**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute PPC strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid search and display campaigns to meet performance objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to align PPC strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and updates in digital advertising platforms.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the Head of Marketing.
- Regular A/B Testing and Experimenting to drive optimal performance.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PPC campaign management.
- Have managed a large scale google advertising budget.
- Proven track record of successful campaign execution and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Strong GA4 Analytics Experience for Reporting & Tracking.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Available immediately.
**Good to have**:
- Understanding of GPU technology and the technology industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and CRM software.
