Bajo la supervisión directa del Chef Box-Office Officer Internacional, el Country Manager de Box Office, Marketing y Ventas está a cargo de implementar la estrategia de Marketing traducida en planes de acción concretos a largo y corto plazo en línea con la estrategia internacional del Grupo Kinepolis

POSICION DENTRO DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN
- Territorio: nacional
- Lidera el equipo de Marketing y Ventas en España
- Interactúa funcionalmente con los directores de cada centro
- Colabora con sus homólogos internacionales para formar un enfoque unificado y global
- Desarrollar y enriquecer las especificidades locales
- Reporta al Chef Box-Office Officer
- Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el Country Manager Operations Spain

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
- Coordina, elabora y aprueba los presupuestos anuales para su presentación a la aprobación del CEO
- Supervisa las cuentas de resultados mensuales y toma medidas en caso de discrepancias
- Se responsabiliza de los resultados y del cumplimiento del Margen Bruto de las ventas establecidas en el mercado local.
- Implementa los objetivos comerciales
- Analiza los eventos pasados y simula nuevos eventos y/o conceptos comerciales
- Define y desarrolla la estrategia de marketing para apoyar y mejorar la percepción de la empresa por parte del mercado, adquirir nuevos clientes (basándose en el público existente, identificando nuevos grupos objetivo), así como aumentar la fidelidad de los clientes existentes
- Facilita y supervisa la aplicación del plan de marketing del departamento.
- Aplica las herramientas de marketing directo y las técnicas de comercio electrónico para garantizar una estrategia rentable
- Como embajador del mercado local estará en contacto con personas relevantes del sector
- Participa en asociaciones de eventos B2C
- Define acuerdos con proveedores y agencias de publicidad

2. Ventas y desarrollo comercial
Incluye todas las acciones y actividades que se relacionan con el acercamiento de la compañía a sus distintos grupos objetivo a través de todos los canales posibles con el objetivo de aumentar los ingresos, la cuota de mercado de Taquilla, el precio medio de las entradas de cine y mejorar el margen.
3. Gestión de contenidos
Incluye todas las iniciativas y actividades encaminadas a optimizar y desarrollar nuestra oferta en cines que repercutirá positivamente en los resultados del negocio y contribuirá a la satisfacción de nuestros visitantes
4. Gestión de personas
Incluye todas las tareas y actividades que contribuyan a la movilización del equipo de Marketing y Ventas para que estén motivados y focalicen en potenciar los resultados del negocio a corto y medio plazo.
5. Presupuesto y gestión financiera
Comprende todas las tareas y actividades relacionadas con la elaboración, medición, análisis, observación, reporte y ajuste de cifras sobre la base de "saber es poder", con el fin de cumplir con los presupuestos proyectados.

HABILIDADES Y EXPERIENCIA
- Máster en Economía, Marketing y/o Ventas
- De 5 a 10 años de experiência en puestos similares, siendo las ventas y/o el marketing las áreas clave
- Experiência específica en un entorno B2C
- Especialista en ventas
- Se valorará la experiência en el sector del entretenimiento
- Habilidad en el uso y optimización de herramientas de comunicación y marketing.
- Alto nível de inglés (C1) y valorable conocimientos de francés

RETRIBUCION
